It causes a Filipino to migrate abroad in search of a higher salary and to take the risk in order to survive. artist, was born on March 24, 2003, and has been painting since she was a child. As she grew older, she found herself creating art as a coping mechanism, but she soon discovered her passion for painting, which is why she chose visual arts as her high school major. Cortes works primarily in acrylic and oil paint mediums and decided to join an art collective group in Bulacan called kulay sapa and participate in art related contests and art shows. Cortes' pieces focus on daily situations of a person using her own construct cartoon, which is primarily seen in her masterpiece; she deliberate messages and ideas to a masterpiece in order to catch the attention of those who see it.
