Norberto Mallari has been awarded two Honorable Mentions in the representational category at the GSIS National Art Competition in 2021 and 2022. He has also been named a Finalist twice in the representational category at the Tarlac National Art Competition, in 2022 and 2023.

Mallari discovered his love for art in grade 6 and was recognized as the Most Promising Painter of the Year. Currently, he is a contemporary artist who specializes in oil on canvas and bilao as his medium. He continues to create thought-provoking art pieces that showcase his unique style and vision.
