"""Out Of Place"" Have you ever felt like you don't belong? Felt alone even in a crowded place? Felt like you had no valuable connection to any other human being? Hope you haven't, but this is exactly the current situation of nature. It is being replaced by big infrastructures and is being overlooked - until it is left out of place. Illustrated in this painting is a small tree which starts to grow on a broken pot, tying to fit itself in so that a bird could have a home. It’s easy to think that nature will always be available for us. But look at it now, species are going extinct and trees are being cut down. And it is actually depending on us now. Either we let nature go to the walls or act to repair, restore and maintain it. Will you choose the latter? - Elmer"

"Elmer E. Rivas Visual Artist and Photography This young artist from Pililla is pursuing his career in both Visual Arts and Photography. His journey began on watching tutorials on YouTube, on how to draw an eye, nose, lips, and face, from then, he learned and started to draw a realistic portraits using graphite, charcoal, and coloured pencils. And started to accept commissioned portraits. And joined to Parola artists group. He was able to showcase his passion for arts when he presented his masterpieces in the Parola Artists Group art exhibition entitled ""Bereshit"" held at Giant Dwarf Art Space 2020. And he also part of some virtual group exhibit of Parola Artist Group such as Pandemic Profile - (2020) Locked- (2020) Art for a cause Project Part 1- (2020) Art for a cause Project Part 3- (2020) King- (2020)
